Billy came out promptly when we had a blocked toiet. He was very friendly and helpful even about other issues in the flat, and got the job done professionally. I'd recommend him to anyone.
I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. I advise anyone considering working with him to proceed with caution,
I have to agree with another recent rating, in that the proprietor seemed less than interested in locating and fixing the leak, as detailed, and very focussed on selling me a new bathroom instead, and start that afternoon.. I can only suspect that they didn't bother with anything as trivial as taking time to plan or consult with me for fear that I might back out before it was too late. What clinched it for me was his emphatic insistence that my inurers would pay for it. As if he could possibly know that!
ZERO Rating! Ignore the ONE Star Rating (it's only way I could post this rating)! Don't consider calling this company. They will try to rob you (& your insurance provider). This company is recommended by 'Rated People', but, take my advise DON'T call them. They couldn't find a water leak if you pointed it out to them. They should be called 'WITH Stress Maintenance & Plumbing' You've been warned!
