Billy and co. fixed our leak quickly. The initial price he put out took me by surprise but he was understanding enough to come to an agreement.
Drains - Installation / Unblocking / Cleaning
Billie was unclear what his charges were upfront but kept saying don't worry. On arrival he quoted £250 to investigate & then his phone went dead & I couldn't reach him to discuss what the price included nor going ahead. In the meantime his team removed the soil pipe clip releasing crap everywhere. Billie insisted the soil pipe had collapsed below ground & the whole concrete patio area needed digging up. Turns out it was just a blocked pipe another engineer fixed using the right tools. Very Misleading...

Sorry that you feel this way our team took photographic photos and videos to show what needed to be done there was 7ft of 4inch sewage human waste i gave the correct information of the work that needed to be done the landlady left her tenants for one week without a toilet which was overflowing with human waste for over a week due to not wanting to fix the problem or spend any money where the landlords have a duty of care To all my customers please ignore this message as all my other work is five star t

It is very good to hire someone who knows what they are doing, WithoutStress ltd. are one of those. They called to find out about what is required, they came on the same day (Sunday afternoon) and finished the job in the same evening...unbelievable isn' t.

Don't hire those people! The work they did had to be redone after a few days by a solo plumber. I was too quick to rate them high initially even though I tried to contact them to re-do their mess but they would not respond.
