Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Very thorough and asked for my approval on every aspect of the jobs which is how I like it. They did a number of jobs which were excellent, as well as taking out a first floor fireplace. First class job even though it was the first time they had done that. If you like tradesmen who are thorough and interested in the customer's opinion rather than speedy then I recommend these two very much. Even when they had to change the start date, they came in person to discuss, rather than a text or call.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again
