Gas Boiler - Installation
John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again
Gas Fire
Very impressed with John. He was completely professional: painstaking and conscientious. I have never seen a gas fire so thoroughly checked over! John took care to do the jobs well and tidily; also to make sure that we knew how to get the best performance out of our central heating set-up and how to use the controls. He took time over his work and was pleasant to have around. I can thoroughly recommend John to others.
Gas and Oil-Fired Boiler
John was very thorough in evaluating my situation, investigating the current system, advising on alternatives and suggesting an appropriate solution - and explaining why he recommended it. He was very courteous and personable at all times, kept me up to date with the timescale and delivered an excellent installation. He even diagnosed a fault with the plumbing setup on my washing machine and provided the solution (no extra charge!). He and his colleagues (electrician, roofing tiler) were very tidy, clearing everything up after them and ensuring that the system was working to my satisfaction. The 'handover' was also comprehensive, ensuring that I understood the controls and how it all worked. Overall, I'd have every confidence in recommending John whenever possible and I've already decided (and set a reminder!) to invite him back to carry out the annual services, as required under the warranty.
