I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.

Agreed job not completed. Over 75% of agreed fee paid and now left having to find a new joiner for a final small-ish but important job that people won't be keen to complete without other work. I explained the importance of this when the full job was agreed. I have contacted multiple times with no help, even after explaining this situation and the importance of having this full job complete. Over paid for the work that was done . Cannot recommend this service at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.
