Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.

The guy was a gentleman and friendly but left me with a tv that slipped off the bracket. Only put 3 screws in instead of 4. He did go out his way to go and get stronger screws but still had to used a bit of cardboard to level it so it wasn't squint. That shouldn't have been needed. Asked for a refund but he refused. Now I have 4 big holes in my wall. Not happy.
