Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Well...what a job !! I cant fault Jim and his team for anything. Our toilet and shower building for our yurts at Looe Yurts is fantastic. The job was not without challenges - Covid-19, social distancing, lockdown and lack of supplies. However none of this phased Jim and his team. Its always tough trusting builders...cant think why, but these guys were ace. Polite, diligent and tidy and most importantly ON TIME & ON BUDGET. Even did a couple of extra bits too. No hesitation to recommend.

Good communication, turned up on time. Fitting was atrocious - five hours fitting a stair carpet, which was left with holes, not stretched or properly attached. He didn't know how to fit turns or curves. Our woodwork was damaged badly with his knife. When I politely pointed these things out, he collected his tools and left without taking payment and said that he "hadn't wanted to do the job anyway" despite the fact he viewed before and quoted. Carpet may have to be replaced. Very stressful/awkward.
