Custom Trade Windows Ltd

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I cannot praise this company enough, Alen who visited me to quote was both professional and charming and the fitters were just lovely and went the extra mile with a little job that wasn't on their job sheet. The window looks perfect and the price was so good, i cannot believe that larger companies get away with charging what they do for the same window. If you want a window this is definitely the company to use for price reliability workmanship and staff that are a credit to the company.

Contacted me quickly - unfortuantely I had already found someone else to do the work, but they seemed very professional

What an excellent job. Very professional. Very good value for money. Clean, tidy and efficient. Alen and his team were up front, open, honest and they delivered really well. I had lots of questions to ask before agreeing to go ahead and Alen responded to them all in a timely manner. Thank you Custom Timber Windows.

They never showed up
