I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

Lee was punctual, reliable, friendly and worked to a very high standard. I had one dining room wall that required total re-plastering, and two other smaller repair skimming jobs in the kitchen and he did them both really well and went well beyond what was required and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended, I would certainly use his services again.

It was a pleasure dealing with AS Property Maintenance. Vince & Ben were very pleasant, did a professional job at a competative price. They turned up bang on time were very clean & tidy. It was also the 1st time I have had a contractor in my home who even hoovered my dining room floor, and for that reason alone I paid him more than the quoted price. Would definitely have them back!

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Apex plastered over two ceilings and multiple sites which had previously had spotlights inserted. They have done an excellent job and cleaned up satisfactorily. Communication has been excellent.
