I've now got the floor of my dreams. Although he was happy to lay my choice of flooring, Ryan brought a great product which allowed me to choose the exact colour match that I wanted - and he made several "swatches" to help me choose. Let's face it: it's a once in a lifetime choice for most of us and being able to see the floor taking place as I finalised my choice was very reassuring. My floor is now perfect and wonderful. I wish you could all come round and see it :)
