Kieran was very professional. He came round on the day I placed the ad on rated.com to look at my property and provide me with 2 quotes. One was to repair my fence and the other was to completely replace it with a new one ( with a 15 year guarantee). In the end I went with the second option with Fox Landscapes to remove my old fence and put up a new fence with concrete posts. This was done on the agreed day and the end result was excellent. We chose ITC on the basis of their attention to quality and willingness to understand the sensitivities around cleaning a grade II listed Elizabethan cottage. The previous occupants had 7 cats and fewer than 7 litter trays, creating quite a challenge for cleaning, particularly given my cat allergy. Their deep clean service was first rate and has made a substantial different to the place without any obvious niggles. We will be using them for the weekly clean going forward.

This stair had been broken for a long time, and if I had known I could have someone like John come over and make everything so easy, I would have done it much earlier. The stair is now stronger than it was when the staircase was put in. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Great job and great customer service.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

He is a highly competent, hard working, very competitive worker. His work is flawless and he is very versatile. He has completed many jobs after the first job was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending his work. My only concern is his communication as English is not his first language but if he's not sure about anything he will ask so that isn't a big issue. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.
