George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. The work done on our home was excellent however we are now waiting for the guarantee of work certificate as promised and after 4 attempts to obtain this my messages are not being answered. This is a shame as the work was good. If you are thinking of selling your home and need the certificate as we now do I would not recommend.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Good job done on the garden. I would Advise getting a written, binding quote for all work before commencement. If jet washing is to be done and hose runs through the house be ready with lots of towels as kartcha leaks
Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.
