Very poor experience with Storm Proof Roofing. Talked the talk, but the quality of workmanship was terrible. The job was done in a massive rush, and subsequent examination of the work has revealed a botch job throughout. Slate rippers clearly not used, with subsequently broken tiles secured just by silicone or similar, many of which have since been displaced. Mortar appears to have been incorrectly mixed, resulting in a further ingress of water via the chimney stack. Avoid.

Issac visited to fix a roof leak. He replaced ridge tiles but the leak continued. He revisited on a couple more occasions to correct the problem but was unable to do so. I parted with £850, which he promised to return to me as he was unable to complete the repair. He asked that I give him a couple of weeks before returning my money, which I agreed to. Since then, he has not responded to any texts or calls from me. Now we will have to pursue this man through the courts. Avoid at all costs.
