The professional decorator that I’ve had to pay to put right your awful work was shocked. He says you used cheap paint & watered it down & that is what caused the problems. It has been re-done & it looks great now - no thanks st all to you. I am not sure how you sleep at night but you haven’t a conscience when it comes to ripping off a woman. At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.

Terrible. Made an absolute mess and told porkies. Only consolation was I managed to get the fee cancelled.
The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .
