After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

We cannot rate Bailey of Taylor'd Landscaping highly enough. Our large eucalyptus tree had fallen onto our neighbours' garden during Storm Darragh. Bailey turned up on the Sunday to remove what had gone into our neighbours' garden, and then back on Tuesday to finish removing the tree and another diseased tree. Thoroughly professional, fair price and we would recommend this company unreservedly. He also cemented in replacement coping stones for our neighbours' wall at no extra charge. Five star service.
