Pete arranged to come and give me a quote within a day and the reasonable quote arrived the same evening with a comprehensive explanation. He also arranged to come and do the work quickly and turned up promptly, was friendly, helpful and completed the work to a very high standard. I would certainly use Pete again and am very happy to recommend him

Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!

Took my money and never came back. He came over to fix my lights, then interfered with another light that worked completely fine. When this light stopped working he said it needed a new bulb, after replacing the bulb it didn't work so he said he would come back the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't answers my calls or texts and has my money!

The guys negotiaited a sensible price, turned on time, at short notice, for a large and urgent garden landscaping job and completed the job well within time (as they brought in extra man-power). Very impressed. Tidyied up after them selves and completed all I asked for.I will be using them again.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Said he was going to come and look at my Kitchen Extractor fan, arranged 10am on Saturday 15th Oct. No show, no call or text either to advise. Clearly unreliable.
