Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!

Chris responded quickly to my enquiry to remove an house alarm systems, provided a very competitive quote and carried out the work very professionally. Very friendly and will definitely use again.

I explained the situation on the phone and sent photos, Chris said he needed to visit to be able to quote me. He did that and phoned to tell me he had replaced a fuse and gave me an estimate of various options on the phone and emailed. At no time through this did he say he was going to charge me for the visit. Then I received an invoice for £100 out of the blue! He did not tell me he was going to do this, so I was very surprised, especially since he knew I was gettIng (3) other quotes ! Unprofessional!!

Highly disappointing to discover this non-favourable review. I acted quickly in resolving the issue the client had including reducing the cost to £80.00 (not £100) Minus lead cost, my expertise including expenses. Doesn't quite add up! summary: Clients issue at my cost.
Garden Maintenance
came and viewed the job within a couple of hours of initial contact.. Arrived this morning on time, did a really good job. Coming back tomorrow to do some more work, as the corona virus has caused a problem with supplies needed to finish. Really happy so far
