I have been an electrician for 9 years now. My business is relatively new and we can help customers with most aspects of electrical work. I worked in housing association properties completing re-wires, upgrading fuse boxes, installing earth bonding, fault finding, repair work, kitchen alterations - providing additional points and installing smoke and heat detectors. My previous experience has given me the skills and knowledge required to develop my own business and in 2017 I set up DH Electrical.

Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!

Came to my property wouldn’t give me a time I had to wait for him to let me know at last minute when he got there wouldn’t get out off van to look then said he will let me know price tomorrow 3 days went by I rang him then he said he can’t do my job because he had to much work come in since last time we spoke not very professional waisted my time never even let me know he was not interested only good thing to come out off this is I found a very good company after called heatfire ltd Walsall ring them

Took my money and never came back. He came over to fix my lights, then interfered with another light that worked completely fine. When this light stopped working he said it needed a new bulb, after replacing the bulb it didn't work so he said he would come back the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't answers my calls or texts and has my money!

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
