Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. Steve from Phoenix Refurbishments did a first class job for us. He understood exactly what we were after but was also able to make some great suggestions from his experience. He was very professional and fair and kept us well informed throughout the job. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Wonderful job. The quality of the finished product far surpassed our expectations. We asked for tiling and ended up with a full shower room such was the versatility of the team. They were incredibly flexible, my wife and I work all day but they fitted around us, even putting up with our anxious dog! Thank you SKILLZ builders ltd for such a professional job.

Ludvik and his team offered competitive pricing and did a great job replacing the flooring of my entire flat in a herringbone style. It was a complex job involving dismantling and rebuilding in a tight space, but they were punctual and finished ahead of schedule. Ludvik was helpful with follow-up requests. There were some ceiling marks from moving furniture—understandable, though I had hoped they’d be repainted, but a quote was given. Overall, I was very happy and would recommend them.
