Adam did a brilliant job with my laminate flooring. He removed my old carpet and underlay carefully and neatly rolled them up. Then carefully worked around the furniture moving the heavier ones carefully install the underlay, laminate flooring and beading. He is a lovely guy and works hard and tidies up afterwords. I will not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!
