I rarely bother to review companies but Iâm making an exception with Andrey's Property. I renovated many houses and itâs rare to deal with such an excellent professional company. I had a problem with one set of Heritage doors not fitting properly, it turns out the fitters I used hadnât installed them correctly, not only did Andrey arrange for people to come around to help, but they rectified the original installerâs mistake. Cannot give these guys a high enough rating. From the very first visit from And to understand our needs, measure up and quote to the final resin being laid by Andreynd his crews, it was an absolute pleasure to work with . Not only did they come up with beautiful fit for purpose designs to accommodate wheelchairs, pull up bars, patios, water drainage, gas pipe access so that every family need was met for our drive and garden, but having them onsite daily was a breeze. Such considerate workers!
Andrey is an absolute superstar! Knows his stuff, always comes with solutions rather than problems, and is just a pleasure to deal with all round. Helped us out massively on a project where deadlines and budgets were tight, went out of his way to deliver the absolute best for the client. Moreover, he has been quick to respond to every single issue and question - and boy did we throw some difficult ones at him! Here's to many more projects together!
The project was completed to a very high standard. They worked hard and Andrey was approachable; he had a clear idea of what we wanted and made very good suggestions along the way. The finished project did cost more than we had planned to spend but is well worth the money.
