Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

They were quick to offer the job and the agreed price was very competitive. Job could not be done on the day specified, however re-scheduled at a later date, communication was good and kept me informed. On the day the team arrived on time and did a great job, many thanks.

Groundtec were unable to start the work on the day that had been arranged. They did start the following day, however. Their work was generally very good, but they did leave a small area of weeding and tidying that had been requested, which we had to complete.

They arrived on time and did a good job overall. However, I was disappointed that the final charge was higher than the agreed fixed price, despite all the job details being provided upfront. The contractor was also invited to view the site before quoting, so the unexpected increase felt unfair

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.
