Liam took down my gate pillar as requested, very polite and efficient at the job, charged as agreed and cleaned up to my satisfaction .

Never turned up. Said going to park the van and be in few mins but not turned up at all called after 10 mins for non show but mobile was switched off. Very dissapointed and did not expect this from rated people tradesman .After lods of calls voice mail got a text saying parking not found gone home. Totally unprofessional never use again

I think it's a bit unfair that you have come on here and given me a bad review. You forgot to mention that I was doing it cheap and had to do it on a Sunday after you had cancelled on me twice and you wanted me to park a mile away a carry all the tools required for the job. If only we could rate "customers"

My comments are very fair and honest. Firts of all claim of doing a job for cheap price in unfounded as it was agreed if price was not suitable then should not have accepted the job. Saying let me park and be at the property in 2 mins & not turning up switching off the phone for 4 hours then sending a text saying no parking gone home is it professional and kept someone waiting for 4 hours.
