Paul was great. We had a random bunch of problems with our heating. He came out quickly, figured out the issue and provided a quote promptly and included extra things we needed. He went further to help me find special radiator coloured fittings for even cheaper than I thought they’d be and arrived immediately after my parts came. I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.
