Great service from Linton. He fitted a new shower unit and tray in our en suite. Linton arrived to do the work when he said he would. He kept us appraised at all times with the progress of the job. Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

The fact he didn't get back to me despite texting me to tell me he could do the job was very poor service. Even had he said he was too busy etc that would have been fine - very disappointing!
