Gas Boiler - Installation
Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
Power Showers and Pump
The guy was maybe qualified but he had 2 other young guys working for him that did not do a good job at all they were polite and friendly I was quite disappointed with the work wasn't going to rate them at all but I keep getting messages asking me too

Was speaking to two different people with variable ideas, and different job type requests,.yes we try our best, and are polite. Its a pitty the householder didnt call as we would have put right what they didnt like. Then again, the householder was happy with the job , its her mother , who didnt like the job?
