Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.
