On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house.
