He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls.
