Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

Peter successfully completed the plumbing part of the job to a very high standard. However this did not resolve the issue which could only have been an electrical problem. Luckily for me Peter is also a well qualified and capable electrician so I asked him to fault find a particularly difficult and random problem. This he did in a methodical, logical and timely manner. Marlon refitted my wall mounted bathroom fan heater which had exposed wiring. He replaced two wall switches - one had a chipped fuse cover and the other had wood filler smeared over it. He also replaced the broken metal back box to a double wall plug socket and refitted the socket outlet. He gave me a clear, comprehensive quote - no additional costs.
