We are fully qualified expert tradesmen and have over 25 years time served experience specialising in refurbishments and conversions, restoration, extensions and structural alterations working in conjunction with local architects and structural engineers liaising with local Building Control and planning officers. We can provide recommendations and references With a vast photographic portfolio of previous works undertaken locally which have been associated with award winning projects.
I would rate Dean as a master builder. He stepped in when another local builder let us down at the last minute and has been diligent and proved invaluable when we found issues with various aspects of the conversion. An example was the inside wall of the garage was not supported properly and with his help we resolved this. It did add extra time but we had agreed a fixed price so he carried out the work with minimal extra cost. Dean and his team are extremely hardworking and worked through all conditions.
I carry out most building work. I am an experienced builder and carry out full house refurbishments, extensions, demolition, structural alterations including RSJ installation. I have expertise in project managing complete refurbishments and major house renovation projects such as extensions, new kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. I am skilled in most trades and work with a team of other tradesman who between us can take in all work.
