We needed external oak doors for a 100 year village hall and was looking for quality and something in keeping with a very traditional style building. Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. Martin and Levy arrived as promised, looked at the job and we agreed a price to replace 3 roof tiles. The job was quickly completed in a very competent and pleasant manner. Whilst on site, Martin also gave me a couple of useful maintenance tips on non-related things that he noticed. Throughout, both men were extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

We accepted a quote, seemed really friendly to deal with, but then failed to respond to further communication. The job was never started. First experience of Rated People so was sceptical about using again.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
