Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Jeff started the work as expected but did not actually remove the tree as agreed, but cut the stump as low as he could drilled and added a mix of oil, diesel, and other chemicals and has assured me that this will kill the root and the tree will not come back. Apart from that everything else they done was good.

Very pleased firstly with the price. Helpful with helping to decide on choices My partner suffers from arthritis and had trouble getting into a conventional bath, Husain suggested a wet room. I had been quoted for a normal shower room previously and the price I paid for a full wet room was cheaper. I even worried that it was too cheap.
