Home Improvements
'Emy' was engaged to increase a window opening. After Emy cut the opening wider and installed internal and external lintels I called building regs to inspect, they slated the work as oversized for purchased windo unsafe and poor standard as per the email pasted below. By this time Emy had insisted on being paid £800, half of the labour. After Building Regs assessed Emy's work, he stopped answering phone calls and text messages and has not been seen or heard from since. Building regs email in next review.

I was there the second day to complete up the job and make it all good. You send me back home because you waiting for the inspectors.(i lost my day). I understand you that and at that time I was asking for the part of the payment.. when we agreed for the other date to come, you didn't have already the materials on the site (as you didn't have them on the first day and I lost my time going to the shops-but anyway) and when I asked you to bring first the materials you get annoying.. as i have other jobs to

We highly recommend Emy and his team who recently completed interior decoration works for us, consisting of repairing and re-plastering the walls, painting the living room, hallway, stairs and landing, including ceilings and joinery.
