Jay installed the boiler for me in October 2024 failed to issue documentation. However, he went on to register it in May 2025 as installed in March 2022. The boiler has since being screaming after installation. Jay came and see the boiler but couldn’t fix the problem demanded more money. There has been limescale piled up on the pipe he ignored it. The other engineer who attended after him found a metal part left inside the boiler. I would not recommend his service.

Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
We had a small electrical job - repair of an illuminated mirror. James Hutchins was enthusiastic enough at first. He diagnosed the problem, claimed to have sourced spare parts and then requested £67 to pay for them. I gave him £80. That was six weeks ago and I haven't seen him since!!
