So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. I've been in the building trade for 25 + years primarily as a roofer.I'm qualified in all types of roofing , EPDM Rubber,GRP Fibreglass,tiling and slating.I also spent 7 years fitting UPVC ROOFLINE ,windows and doors.

Lovely man would use him again and reccommend him to my famiy and friends and I am picky. Not only was his work thorough but so was his prep work which in one case was more than he had expected but it did not change the price we had agreed. Highly rated.

Appears to have solved the problem
Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.
