Getting approval from the council and neighbours ended up taking quite a while, I was grateful for how patient and professional Chris remained throughout He handled all communication with Building Control seamlessly. Once on-site, the team finished the entire job to a high standard in a day, and arranged building control sign off. Would recommend highly.

Out of all the quotations I received, Chris was the only one who had taken the time to print out the structural engineers report and detailed the quote out step by step. Chris installed lintels in our property and did a brilliant job! Very thorough and careful, you could see that he takes pride in his work, and charged a very competitive price too! Would definitely recommend.

Chris and John and crew were hard working and brilliant. They turned up on time and made light work of putting in double steels making sure everything was done. When building control requested added work, they had no problems getting it sorted. Hard working team cleaned up each evening. Great job. Price was reasonable.
