Right from the start, Chris stood out by working from the structural engineer's report and breaking down his quote step by step. Getting approval from the council and neighbours ended up taking quite a while, I was grateful for how patient and professional Chris remained throughout He handled all communication with Building Control seamlessly. Once on-site, the team finished the entire job to a high standard in a day, and arranged building control sign off. Would recommend highly.

Chris and his team were amazing! Out of all the quotations I received, Chris was the only one who had taken the time to print out the structural engineers report and detailed the quote out step by step. His contact was brilliant throughout and he completed the whole job in 3 days. This also include full building control sign off which passed first time. Cannot recommend this team enough, a true hidden gem in the construction trade!

Chris and John and crew were hard working and brilliant. They turned up on time and made light work of putting in double steels making sure everything was done. When building control requested added work, they had no problems getting it sorted. Hard working team cleaned up each evening. Great job. Price was reasonable.
