Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Simon and his team fitted laminate cladding on my two flights of stairs and sorted out the unfinished landing at the same time. It looks 300% better! There was a small problem which he returned repeatedly to fix. The only thing I would say is make sure the project is clearly explained to you. I hadn't understood exactly how stair cladding works, and so the result wasn't quite how I imagined it. But I love it now, and the work has been admired by other tradesmen who've seen it.
