Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Came and gave us a quote, then stuck to that quote - even though the garden turned into a jungle in between quote and work date! Turned up promptly, provided own equipment and cleaned up after himself. Took the garden from wild to WOW in a couple of hours. Really pleased with the work, and he's a lovely guy to boot. Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. Amazing! Was a tricky pattern and has to figure out how to get and even finish to the edges. Was very fast and really exceeded expectations! Turned up on time, was tidy, polite and respectful of my home. Would most definitely reccomend to use Florin for any of your tile needs, I certainly will in future.
Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
