grs builder phoned on day to say to ill to come to start job and to find someone else as not sure how long illness would last. my quality score was based on the fact that he came out to quot when he said he would,and value was based on the fact that it would have been a good price.would have liked to have been informed earlyer as booked time off work to be at home and the fact we needed it done in a hurry. would have been a better rateing if work would have been started
