Initial service was good. Certainly Tom showed up immediately to provide a quote. It was reasonable and included a warranty. We knew once they were on the roof that additional repairs would be required. The work was completed in a timely manner. The workmen were professional and courteous. Now less than a year later the situation is that tiles and mortar are sliding off one section of the roof and smashing on the patio. Tom is dodging my calls and not fulfilling the warranty. Very poor show.

We have employed Western Property Maintenance twice in recent weeks, to fix different areas of a badly designed and badly leaking Victorian roof. On both occasions, the roof has been fixed with 5-7 days of initially contacting the company; Roger and his team have turned up promptly, provided photographs of the work undertaken and completed the repairs to a very good standard (no more leaks!). We can heartily recommend this company.
