Easiplan Building Services was very professional from the start. The quote was timely, and details were explained clearly. After the work was finished, the cleanup was excellent. There is another chimney that needs work, and we will not hesitate to call again.

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

Would hire again with out hesitation! Gip was polite, friendly, professional and punctual. He came to quote for the job and gave a very fair price. He found solutions to any issues that came up and completed the job perfectly. He was clean and tidy and I couldn’t have asked for any more.
