All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

Further to Shane completing a substandard job at my property another trademan had to come out in order to remedy his work. It was one of the worst he had seen and cost a substantial amount to put right. I welcomed Shane back for him to see for himself and tried to resolve the issue with him amicably, to no avail. He totally avoided returning to stand over his work nor to speak with me via phone call, when every opportunity was made to do so. I would absolutely not recommend him. Truly disappointing.

Paid £3,500 to get damp sorted and was assured that this would work then after paying money was told needed another damp prove coarse costing £1,500 which we couldn’t afford trusted that work he did would sort problem guarantee stated needed more work so accountants for nothing so am left £3,500 out of pocket for nothing really really annoyed
