George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. After a week or so of back and forth as they kept cancelling, they sent 2 young lads who had 0 to little experience. Most of the work will need redone. They created alot of mess and had to use my ladders for some of the work which was not very professional and took 2 days for a few hrs of work as they couldn't do it. Their manager was very apologetic but still charged £500 for the "work" Terrible experience.

Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.
