1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150
