They contacted me really quickly which was fantastic in my urgent plumbing issue. However, the second contract that came round was a little disappointed with. Whilst the primary issue was fixed there was a new second issue that came about. He came a second time to sort but then wanted to further charge an emergency fee. I appreciate it was a weekend but something didn’t sit right. I called a completely different plumber who I trusted before and he said that the wrong part was used which meant it wasnt safe.

I hired this Mark to swap out seven radiators. Initially he quoted and I went ahead with the job. On the day before we arranged, he wanted to postpone because another job had run over, which caused some complications for me, but we managed to agree a new time. Unfortunately, he never showed up at the agreed time. I tried calling and messaging him several times but he ignored all attempts to get in touch. Very poor communication and reliability, and overall not a good experience at all.

Jon gave the best price compared to many other tradespeople. His work was also of sufficient quality although we had some major leaks due to bad seals. He came outside of work hours and fixed the issue for us. Removing one star because he cracked and broke some tiles and he couldn't fit the replacement tiles.
