This was quite a difficult job. Ali didn't appreciate how big the radiator was, and that it would need two people to install it. Also he didn't have experience working with a heat pump so wasn't able to get the system running to test after installation. But he gave it a good go and we got there in the end. I'm happy with the work and would use him again.

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. He ignored my text & left half the panel working buttons, unusable after he finished saying don’t use them, they do nothing any way. He quoted £85 but charged £102. I paid what he quotes me. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.
