Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Wayne fitted a chrome radiator for me. His quote was by far the best and his workmanship was excellent, he turned up on time did the work and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to hire him for future work, one very pleased customer. Thank you Wayne.

Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

Geoff was excellent. Turned up on time, tested our electrics and did a few jobs and gave us some good advice. Charged a fair price and will definitely use again.
