Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. After hiring this company I had a drain repair done with the same people but trading under the name Miconn. A man came with his young daughter to do the repair on my drain which was left in a mess with concrete down my drive. A year later, after heavy rain, the repair has failed and water poured into my cellar. I contacted Michael who said he would investigate and have a look. Then no reply,no contact, no show. I do not recommend this company. My cellar is ruined.
