Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. I would highly recommend Robbie and not only do we look forward to using his services again but have already recommended him to our friends.

Hard landscaping was fine but weeding left something to be desired. Left a lot of mud and the black stringers from membrane were all over the place so wrapped round lawn mower. Didn't do all the work and though I paid the next day they chased me a few days later and didn't reply to my emails

I wish to thank 'Rated People' for providing me with such outstanding people as Ben and Nathan. Not only were they a delight to have around the house, but their attention to detail and superb finish, exceeded my expectations. It is rare these days, to find such young guys who pride themselves on perfection. They're a great team and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering tiling or re-tiling. Toby is making me an oak fire surround and hearth, he is forwarding pictures of progress on regular basis and I am really pleased with Hammond Carpentry and will definitely use Toby again.

Dan carried out some landscaping work for me. His work was professionally and efficiently carried out completing all the work agreed, and more, well within his predicted time scale and within the agreed budget. The price was very reasonable and i couldn't be happier with his work. On top of all that he was a nice bloke as well. Couldn't ask for more.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

Ozi contacted swiftly Arrived on time. Really friendly and knowledgable. Sorted initial problem and returning to replace another problem area causing knock on annual affect. Wish I’d found Ozi years ago as gutter badly installed hence ongoing problem. Highly recommend

Alex did an absolutely wonderful job, Karchering/Pressure washing my patio and path to shed. He spent right amount of time, and had ‘eye’ for detail, protecting my plants which had grown along their edges too. Thank you Alex — 5 stars on this Review is because you deserve it.

Very pleased with DCH, they completed a conversion of the garage into a new office room and utility within a seven week window working around my bookings for the house and within the quoted budget. The quality of the work is a high standard and I was kept up to date regularly with the progress and decision making. David had an immediate grasp of the requirements and was able to advise on materials and sourced the window, doors and fittings. Happy to recommend and provide a reference.

I cannot praise Jim and his team highly enough. He gave me a quote within days and started within two weeks - much earlier than i was expecting. Jim went to a lot of trouble before being appointed, including finding me a first rate structural engineer. This is a family firm and he worked most days with his brother and a nephew, and they were all professional, friendly and conscientious. The job was well built, they cleaned up fine & came in on budget and a month earlier than my deadline. Delighted!

Jacob is very polite and reliable and did good job for me three times now plus kindly fitting me in on short notice when needed lawn cut urgently. His charges are fair and great value for money and everything was taken away and left tidy.....great gardener!
