Never turned up first time. Then arranged for a time after work .came home to find card through door from morning. Not time arranged waste off time so don't waste time booking appointment
We are a landscaping company. As well as digger hire with operative the company also specialise in landscaping. We can help with driveways, mono block, tar, concrete, and extensions, astroturf, returfing, decking, fencing and slabbing.
Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. Prompt reply and provided quote, could not proceed as outside budget.
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

Came out to measure up and give quote. Quote did not come, reminded them about quote and they said it had been sent. gave them alternative email but still no quote. Why not say they didn't want the job instead of me hanging on. One star is the lowest I can give or it would have been ZERO
